White 8’ Rectangular Folding Table

On its own, this table does not appear to be anything special. The beauty is in its versatility. With nothing more than a basic tablecloth this table can become a registration table, part of a buffet, or even seating for four to six people. This table can be the foundation for so many things. All it takes is a little bit of creativity and some table dressings to turn this basic table into something spectacular.

White 6’ Rectangular Folding Table

Like the 8’ version, this table is a great piece of foundation. More petite than the larger version, this table is great for a broken buffet or seating for four people. It can’t hold as much as the 8’ version, which means that hor d’oeuvres and appetizers will look elegant and delicate laid out on its surface. 8’ tables are common, so using a 6’ table will strike your attendees as something different and unique.

White 4’ Rectangular Folding Table

This petite little table is great for drink stations, dessert stations, or holding event name tags or favors. It is unobtrusive, but suggests that you are organized, since you have a table for everything. When in doubt, rent a few of these tables as extras. You never know when they will come in handy!

White 30” Folding Table

The smallest of the rectangular tables you can find, this table can hold guest water dispensers or a small little coffee station. It is taller than the standard rectangular tables, so whatever is on it will stand out as something noteworthy. These tables make great event accents.

White 5’ Round Table

This table is ideal seating for a large event. 5’ tables can fit between eight and ten chairs, and the shape ensures that everyone seated together will be able to see each other and converse. This is the ideal table to rent for weddings, banquest, and galas. They can be easily dressed up to look fantastic.

White 3’ Round Table

This table is great for seating at smaller events. They only seat four to six people, so they offer a more intimate feel. If you are hosting a smaller party consider setting up your venue with several of these smaller tables. They are unique, can be dressed up or down, and will ensure that your guests have a lovely time talking and bonding.

Square Tables

Square tables are a unique alternative to to round tables. Round tables, while classic, are seen at every event. Square tables offer the same guest connectivity while offering something different. Depending on the size of your square table, you can fit one, two, or even three guests per side, totalling four, eight, or even twelve guests.

Cocktail Tables

These tall round tables are ideal for a bar setting or cocktail reception. They provide a place for guests to set their drinks and appetizer plates down, and offer a spot for guests to naturally congregate and chat. They look great along the side of a space or set up sporadically throughout an empty space. They are versatile, classic, and easy to set up and break down.

Remember that you do not need to commit to just one type of table for your event. In fact, renting a mix of different sizes and styles is recommended. It will visually break up the space and give your guests important options. If you are unsure as to what types of tables you need, first ask yourself what type of event you are hosting. For example, if you are hosting a 100 person wedding with a cocktail hour and buffet, you will need 10 5’ round tables, a handful of cocktail tables, and 3-4 8’ rectangular tables for your buffet. If you also plan on having a water station and cake table, you will likely need a 30” rectangular table and a 6’ rectangular table.

Always ask yourself what kind of experience you want your guests to have, and work backwards from there. When in doubt, call us for help. We would be happy to hear the details of your event. We can consult on which rentals will be right for you.
