Our standard delivery times are between 11:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Saturday. However, we’re willing to make appointments for delivery outside of these hours for establishments that are not open during these standard business hours. As such, we can offer delivery around the clock. Any deliveries and pickup times that fall outside normal business hours will be subject to an additional charge.

Yes. We require a 33% non-refundable deposit in order to reserve all rental equipment. This deposit money will be put towards your balance at the time of final payment. The deposit is non-refundable if the rental equipment is canceled.
At Party Rental 360, we have a wide array of tent sizes for events large and small. Our inventory is always regularly maintained and inspected in order to ensure that your event will look amazing. Our experienced and courteous staff will also be available to set up the tent in a time-efficient manner. Party Rental 360 is fully insured.
All china and glassware should be thoroughly rinsed and placed in crates that they were delivered in. All linens should be clear of food particles. Soiled linens should never be placed in a plastic bag, since this will cause mildew to build up.
Yes, all of our party rental equipment is delivered and set up by a member of our team’s well-trained staff. You may also choose to pick up the items you need from our warehouse. Tables and chairs come with a delivery fee for round trips if Party Rental 360 delivers and picks them up from your venue.

Yes, everyone who rents equipment from Party Rental 360 will need to sign a rental agreement that will outline the terms of our services. This signed contract must be returned along with a deposit in order to confirm and hold a reservation.
All tables and chairs shall be taken off our trucks and stacked nearby the arrival point. Our team members cannot be expected to carry equipment that is considered to be an unreasonable distance from the point of entrance. If tables and chairs need to be carried far, or up a number of flights, additional charges will be added.
The tent will be unloaded and installed by our staff members, and will be neatly stacked under the tent.
All party rental equipment needs to be accounted for and neatly stacked near the spot where the equipment was initially dropped off. Should any rental equipment be lost or damaged, a replacement charge will be applied according to what’s stipulated in the signed rental contract.
Yes, these are included in the rental price of all tents. Our staff will install and take down any tents rented from Party Rental 360.
Yes. We require at least 50% of the total amount due as an initial deposit. We ask that this deposit is paid with a credit card to confirm and hold the reservation in a prompt manner. Whole payment is due before the event date.
If Event is taking place in less than a week, 100% of payment is required.
Once a deposit is given, the final payment will be due one day before the event. We accept payments in the form of credit card, check, cash, or money order.
